An empowering course that prepares you for your birth by teaching you to listen to and trust in your body. Practical movements and breathing that become second nature, coupled with informative discussions about the process of labour and birthing options. Highly recommended!

I owe much of my wonderfully-positive second birth experience to Hayley's classes! They were exactly what I needed to make sure I took the time to relax, really educate myself on my options and learn Daisy techniques that would get me through labour. I cannot recommend the classes enough. I've also made lifelong friends which has been so valuable on the complex journey of pregnancy, birth and parenthood. I now attend the baby classes with my daughter and we love being part of the Daisy family
