  I contacted Mark on behalf of my elderly mother regarding a faulty heating system that she had for some time. He was very punctual and located and fixed the issue within an hour. We were so pleased we asked him to pop back and carry out a bathroom suite adaption for her. His price was very fair, and the work was great. A great team , very trust worthy and honest. Thank you.

  Bathroom... A total transformation of my 1980’s bathroom. Out went the coloured 3 piece suite, and replaced with a minimalist design. The bath was replaced with a large shower, along with a small hand basin, modern toilet and towel radiator. Tiling the floor, shower area and part-tiled walls with 3 different shades of grey. Ingenious use of the remaining space where there is now an airing cupboard with a radiator inside. The work took a week, was completed on time and to budget. Mark and his team were just brilliant and I would highly recommend them. They ensured that I had a working toilet during the majority of the transformation, which was really important as there is only 1 toilet in the house. They were punctual and very tidy, ensuring that the disruption was kept to a minimum. A Mira digital shower was installed with wireless dual controls, meaning I can turn on the shower without opening the sliding door to the shower, setting the temperature and pressure as desired. The bathroom mirror has Bluetooth connectivity and a built-in speaker so I can have music in the bathroom too. My friends have commented on how lovely the room is, saying it like being in a bathroom in an expensive hotel. * * * * * Kitchen and replacement combi boiler... With a little gentle persuasion (after transforming my bathroom), Mark and his team installed my new kitchen that I had purchased and replaced the existing combi boiler. Another major transformation, again with a minimalist design in a narrow galley style kitchen along with grey floor tiles. Making the best use of the available space with wall cupboards that go up to the ceiling along with half depth base units along 1 wall, providing much needed storage space. A slim line vertical radiator was installed, along with additional plumbing for a dishwasher and washer dryer. Electrics, along with under cupboard LED lighting was installed by a 3rd party. The Worcester Bosch combi boiler is neatly hidden inside a wall cupboard and all pipework is concealed from view too. The boiler has a hard wired thermostat in the lounge and can be controlled by a smartphone not only from the house but from the Internet too. Having the kitchen makeover has totally transformed my life and has inspired me to cook. Again Mark and his team were punctual, tidy and completed the work to a very high standard; I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
